Nove Patti Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to nove patti. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nove patti ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing novepatti.com, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the nove patti platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all sections of the nove patti platform including poker, sports betting, online casino, jackpot slots, esports betting, fishing games, and the live cricket score section. Where specific game types or promotions have their own supplementary terms, those terms apply in addition to — not instead of — the general terms set out in this document.

Nove patti is operated exclusively for players aged 18 and above. We operate on the principle that gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy. These Terms exist to make the rules clear for everyone, to protect players, and to ensure the platform remains fair, transparent, and accountable.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Familiarity with these terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a nove patti player.

3. Eligibility

To create and use a nove patti account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Nove patti operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. We may request government-issued identification at any time to verify your age, and accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must be the person you claim to be. Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment details, or providing false information during verification is grounds for immediate account closure and is potentially reportable to relevant authorities.
• You must not already hold an existing nove patti account. Each player is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended pending investigation, with duplicate balances frozen.
• You must not be under self-exclusion. If you have previously requested a self-exclusion or cooling-off period through nove patti's responsible gaming tools, you may not create a new account until that period has fully expired and been formally lifted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to determine the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using the nove patti platform.

4. Your Account

Your nove patti account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, including any bets placed, any funds deposited or withdrawn, and any changes made to account settings.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, name, or other signals — all accounts other than the first registered may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Nove patti strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any two-factor authentication options made available. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@novepatti.com.
• Account Information Accuracy: All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information — including false date of birth, name, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and grounds for account closure.
• Account Transfers: You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your nove patti account to any other party. Accounts are strictly non-transferable.

Nove patti does not charge an ongoing fee for account maintenance. There are no inactivity fees applied to accounts with a zero balance. Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the fee schedule within the account settings section, and you will be notified by registered email before any such fee is applied.

5. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the nove patti platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Nove patti does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion charges. The payment methods currently accepted are:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit at nove patti is Rs 500 per transaction. Nove patti does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may have their own transaction limits which are outside our control. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile wallets and same-business-day for IBFT and card transactions, subject to bank processing windows.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment method belonging to another individual — even a family member — is prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment method may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Nove patti processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This matching requirement exists as an anti-money-laundering measure. If your original deposit method is no longer available, our support team will assist you through the verification process for an alternative withdrawal method.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are processed within 4 minutes on average, 24 hours a day. IBFT and card withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
• Verification: Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction, or total withdrawals exceeding Rs 200,000 within a 30-day period, may trigger a KYC review. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be held until the review is completed.
• No Fees: Nove patti does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your requested PKR amount is the amount you receive.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before completion of wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of remaining bonus funds, with only real money funds released for withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Nove patti offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general terms. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific documentation:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page. The wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted bonus funds expire automatically at the end of their validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without replacement or compensation.
• One Active Bonus: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new promotion while a bonus is active may void the existing bonus. Please review your current bonus status before opting into any new promotion.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including blackjack, baccarat, and poker contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion. Fishing games and sports bets contribute as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Nove patti monitors for bonus abuse including matched betting strategies, low-risk play designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine exposure, multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome offers, and other manipulative patterns. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus voided and may be subject to account review.

8. Gameplay Rules

All digital games at nove patti — including slots, fishing games, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG determines game outcomes independently, without manipulation by the platform. Live casino games use real physical equipment operated by professional dealers in a certified studio environment.

• Game Results Are Final: Once a game round or bet is settled by the nove patti system, the result is final. Requests to reverse settled results will not be considered except in cases of a documented technical malfunction.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, nove patti's policy is to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's balance. Winnings generated from rounds affected by proven technical errors are not payable.
• Connection Issues: If your internet connection is interrupted during active gameplay, nove patti cannot be held responsible for the resulting game outcome. Games are resolved server-side regardless of client connectivity — the result generated by the server is the binding result.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has its own stated minimum and maximum bet limits. Nove patti reserves the right to modify these limits at any time, with changes displayed within the relevant game.

9. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting and esports betting on the nove patti platform. They supplement the general gameplay rules in Section 8.

• Market Settlement: All sports markets are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority (PCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.). Nove patti uses official sources to determine settlement and does not base decisions on broadcaster scores or third-party data feeds.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided — and the stake returned — in cases of match abandonment, incorrect odds caused by a data error, or where the match conditions change significantly before the start (e.g., venue change for an existing bet). Voided bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted only while markets are open. Nove patti reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time, including between deliveries in cricket or at any point during a football match. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent market suspensions.
• Accumulator Bets: Where one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without the voided leg rather than voided in full.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout on any single sports bet or accumulator is Rs 10,000,000 (one crore rupees) unless stated otherwise for specific markets.

10. Responsible Gaming

Nove patti takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a legal formality, but as a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of our players. We offer the following tools to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits that restrict the total PKR you can deposit within a set period. Limits can be reduced immediately. Increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off window to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set duration of continuous play. These can be set from 30 minutes upwards.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, your account is automatically restricted from placing further bets until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary pause (24 hours to 90 days) or a long-term exclusion (6 months to 5 years) from the nove patti platform. During self-exclusion, you may not place bets, access your balance, or receive promotional communications. Reinstatement requires a formal request and a minimum 7-day review period.
• Reality Checks: In-game pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net result for the current session, displayed at player-configured intervals.

11. Privacy & Data

Nove patti collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary: we collect the information necessary to operate your account, process your transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable laws. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. You may request a copy of your data or request account deletion by contacting support@novepatti.com.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nove patti platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending bonus funds, and in serious cases, legal referral:

1. Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
2. Using software, scripts, bots, algorithms, or any automated tool to play games or place bets.
3. Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, RNG patterns, or live dealer errors to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Colluding with other players during poker or any multiplayer game to manipulate outcomes.
5. Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
6. Depositing funds from payment methods that do not belong to you.
7. Providing false identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward nove patti staff or other players.
9. Exploiting bonus promotions through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk play specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
10. Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players.

Nove patti employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be notified by email and given 48 hours to respond before account closure, except in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering where immediate suspension without prior notice may apply.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Nove patti reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons that may trigger suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct (see Section 12).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed breach of any clause within these Terms.
• Regulatory or legal obligation to restrict access.
• Identification of an underage player.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, promotional winnings, or funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Deposits made by the player in good faith, minus any amount attributable to prohibited activity, will be returned after investigation at nove patti's sole discretion.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@novepatti.com. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nove patti provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, nove patti makes no warranties — expressed or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Nove patti shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental financial loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any loss of data or bet history caused by device failure, browser issues, or loss of internet connectivity on the player's side.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nove patti's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Nove patti may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and display a prominent notification on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use the nove patti platform after the effective date of any updated Terms, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and return of any available balance as described in Section 13.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document will always reflect the current version. We recommend saving or printing a copy of the Terms at the time of your registration for your records.
